This includes Communicating the severity of your client’s injury as soon as you can, anchoring in the claims stage, understanding all aspects of your client's case and their medical condition to improve negotiation, ask to speak to an adjuster’s supervisor to get a better pre-lit evaluation and have an outstanding reason for it, Treat all medical providers as lienholders and pay all their pro-rata share (which typically saves a good amount of money for clients), and be willing and ready to file suit and litigate if you cannot settle in the claims stage.
